Stabilisation
We hire your selected candidate, provision their dedicated workstation, configure IT security to your specifications, and manage the Knowledge Transfer sessions. Zero disruption to your existing team.
Calibration
Your team member takes on live tasks at growing complexity. Our operations managers stay in regular contact with you to gather feedback on work quality and talent fit — ensuring any concerns are surfaced and addressed early.
Validation
Full workload assumption. Your team member independently manages their role responsibilities, handles client-facing or internal deliverables independently, and you conduct a final performance review to make your Go / No-Go decision.
The "No-Questions-Asked" Exit Clause
If you are not satisfied with the performance or fit of your team member at the end of Day 90, you can walk away. Annex Talent absorbs the severance costs, administrative wind-down, and any remaining hardware costs. You owe nothing.

Everything We Manage During the Pilot
You manage the work. We manage everything else — from the moment you approve a hire to the final Go / No-Go decision.
Hardware Procurement
We source, configure, and deliver a dedicated laptop and peripheral hardware before Day 1. Endpoint security software is pre-installed. Hardware is owned by Annex Talent and recovered at offboarding.
IT Security Configuration
Endpoint protection installed, USB ports blocked, DNS filtering active, VPN/VDI configured to your specifications. We provide a signed Data Security Addendum before the pilot commences.
Employment Contract & Compliance
Annex Talent issues the employment contract under Pakistani labour law. We handle EOBI registration, social security, tax withholding, and payslip generation from Day 1.
Regular Feedback & Check-ins
Our operations managers stay in regular contact with your designated point of contact throughout the pilot — gathering your feedback on work quality and talent fit, and escalating any concerns so they are addressed before they become problems.
Bi-Weekly Review Calls
We hold a structured 30-minute review call every two weeks with your designated point of contact, covering performance, output quality, any issues, and upcoming priorities.
Clean Offboarding (If Needed)
If the Go / No-Go decision is No-Go, we manage all employee separation, hardware recovery, and system access revocation within 5 business days. Zero involvement required from your team.
