4. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data (contact form submissions and related correspondence) for a maximum of 24 months from last contact if no engagement is agreed. If you become a client, we retain records for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years as required for tax and legal record-keeping purposes under Pakistani law.

Annex Talent is based in Pakistan. If you submit personal data from the UK or EU, your data is transferred to Pakistan, which does not have an adequacy determination under UK GDPR or EU GDPR. We implement appropriate safeguards — specifically UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) — for this transfer.
